Tasting Notes

Clear, straw yellow with subtle golden highlights.

On the Nose citrus (lemon, lime), stone fruits (white peach), light tropical undertones (pineapple), backed by wet-stone minerality, honey, and subtle herbal accents.

On the Palate medium-bodied with a creamy texture from the Chardonnay component, balanced by the bright, crisp acidity and aromatic lift of the native Malvazija Istarska.

Serving: Best serve at 50°F – 54°F (10°C – 12°C). Avoid serving it over chilled since it will mute the creaminess from the Chardonnay and the complex stone-fruit aromas of the Malvazija.

Food Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with Mediterranean cuisine, specifically grilled white fish, octopus salad, creamy pasta, risotto, or mild goat cheeses.

Saints Hills Mala Nevina 2024 is a dry, medium-bodied white blend from Istria, Croatia, made under the guidance of renowned oenologist Michel Rolland. It's aged in unlined concrete egg vats and large oak barrels, which keeps the fruit fresh while adding texture. Expect aromas of crisp citrus, white peach and wild flowers, a silky, creamy palate, and a long finish with limestone minerality. This elegant Istrian white is versatile at the table and pairs well with fresh seafood, light pasta and Mediterranean dishes.
