Tasting Notes

A vibrant, clear ruby red.

On the nose dominated by fresh red fruits and plum. It features black pepper, cloves, and a subtle balsamic lift.

On the palate medium-bodied and remarkably "fresh" for a warm-climate region. You’ll find layers of forest fruits, tobacco, and an earthy minerality. The tannins are firm and well integrated, providing enough structure for several years of aging.

The finish is deep and persistent, with a "crunchy" acidity that makes it very easy to drink despite its complexity.

Food pairing: It goes well with Meats: Grilled lamb chops, beef stew, or roast duck. Vegetarian dishes, such as mushroom lentil. Cheese: Aged cheeses like Manchego.

Serving Tips: Best served slightly cool, around 16°C to 18°C (60-64 °F)
