91/100 JS

Tasting Notes

Bright, clear yellow-gold with golden highlights.

On the Nose highly aromatic and expressive. It leads with white flowers (honeysuckle, orange blossom) and ripe exotic fruits (lychee, apricot), underlying hints of caramel, vanilla, and lightly toasted bread from barrel aging.

On the Palate fresh entry moving into a smooth, and round body. Features bright citrus profiles (lemon and lime zest) alongside green pear, framed by a delicate chalky minerality and well-balanced acidity.

Serving: Best serve at 50°F to 54°F (10°C to 12°C), avoid serving over chilled to allow the oak nuances and white flower aromas to open up.

Food Pairing: Poultry (Roast chicken, pan-seared chicken breast in cream sauce, or turkey tenderloin). Seafood & Fish (Grilled Dover sole, pan-seared scallops, or sea bass served with a lemon-butter sauce). Pasta & Risotto (Creamy mushroom risotto). Cheese (Mild to medium soft and semi-soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, or Comté).

This standout Bourgogne Chardonnay selectively blends top barrels from Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Rully. It delivers the perfect harmony between Côte d’Or richness and Côte Châlonnaise floral elegance.

It leads with fresh white florals, tropical fruit, subtle vanilla, and toasted brioche. The mouthfeel is round and opulent yet remarkably crisp, closing on a long, mineral-driven finish with bright lemon notes. A top-tier choice alongside creamy chicken dishes, grilled sea bass, or mushroom risotto.
