1. Shipping Locations

At launch, we currently ship within the state of Florida only.
We will expand to more U.S. states in the future.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

If your order requires additional verification, processing times may be longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within Florida:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holidays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery address
• Order weight
• Chosen shipping method

Orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100+) may qualify for free shipping, when applicable.

5. Age Verification

Because we sell wine and alcoholic beverages:

• The recipient must be 21+
• A valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery
• Carriers may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified

There are no refunds for orders returned due to failed age verification.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address is accurate.
LENOO is not responsible for:

• Delays
• Lost packages
• Additional fees
  caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number to follow your delivery in real time

8. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

• Delayed
• Marked as delivered but not received
• Damaged upon arrival

Please provide photos for damaged items.

9. Warm Weather Advisory

Wine is sensitive to heat.
During extremely hot weather, we may:

• Delay shipments briefly to protect product quality
• Recommend express shipping for faster transit

10. International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.
