91/100 WE

Tasting Notes

Brilliant greenish-yellow with fine, persistent effervescence.

On the nose very intense and varietal. Notes of orange blossom, yellow peach, and acacia flowers, balanced by savory hint of sage and fresh mint.

On the palate light body and sweet but electric. The acidity is zesty and citrus-forward preventing the sugar from being heavy. You'll find flavors of candied apricot, honeycomb, and tropical lychee. Clean, crisp, and surprisingly mineral for a dessert wine.

Food pairing: classic pairing is with fruit tarts, hazelnut cake. It is spectacular with prosciutto and melon, asian cuisine, and cheese, such as gorgonzola or other creamy cheeses.
