Elevate any celebration with Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Rosé, a graceful, food-friendly rosé arrives in a presentation gift box, ready to give or to open for a celebration.

At the heart of this gift is the Bruno Paillard Première Cuvée Rosé Extra Brut NV (750 ml). Bruno Paillard is an independent, family-owned Champagne house based in Reims, founded in 1981. This multi-vintage rosé is named for its composition of only the first pressing. It is made mainly from Pinot Noir, with a portion of Chardonnay whose amount the house keeps secret. Its color comes from two Pinot Noir wines: one pressed quickly and vinified as a white wine, and one red wine from a prolonged maceration on the skins. The blend draws on reserve wines from 25 vintages, going back to 1985. The dosage is under 6 g/l, in the Extra Brut style.

The patience shows in the glass. The color is a pink copper with a hint of raspberry when young, turning toward salmon as it ages, with fine bubbles. The nose opens with redcurrant and red fruits, then evolves into morello cherry, wild strawberry, and violet as it breathes, with a touch of lemon from the Chardonnay. The palate shows red fruit at its full freshness, and the finish is bright and long. Serve chilled at 46 to 50°F.

The bottle comes in a polished presentation gift box that protects it and makes it ready to give, with no wrapping required.

Tasting Experience: Première Cuvée Rosé makes an elegant aperitif, with fine Italian charcuterie, sushi, poultry, or red fruit salad. Its crisp acidity and red-berry freshness also suit a festive dinner. Presented in a gift box, it makes a distinguished gift for wine enthusiasts, corporate clients, or anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.
