Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow with brilliant golden highlights in the glass.

On the Nose intensely aromatic, led by white peach, green pear, and crisp citrus (grapefruit and lemon zest), accompanied by white floral notes of acacia and chamomile, plus an underlying stony mineral nuance.

On the Palate dry, medium-bodied, and refreshing. Bright acidity gives it structure, while brief aging on fine lees adds a slight creamy texture. The finish is long, clean, and subtly savory/saline.

Serving: Serve chilled at 46–50°F (8–10°C) in a standard white wine glass.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with lighter dishes, including seafood risotto, fresh mozzarella or burrata, grilled white fish, and herb-driven pasta dishes.
