Medium to full-bodied, it presents excellent balance and a long, polished finish, reflecting both the altitude and the stony soils of the estate’s three-valley vineyards.
Food pairing: Steaks, wine’s acidity cuts right through the richness of the beef. Wild Boar. Aged cheeses provides a salty contrast that highlights the wine's red fruit characteristics.
